As we draw close to the end of another year, it’s time to take stock in what has been accomplished and what may lay ahead for Necroblivion™.

The series continues to see a lot of interest online. Several months ago the series was moved from it’s online home on The Duck to the crypt and the numbers look pretty solid. I moved the series because I wanted to bring all of my work under one umbrella that I had more control over. Necroblivion, as it stands in it’s online version, has proven to be a solid foundation title for the crypt.

Despite this setback, work continues on Necroblivion Vol. 6. The title is scheduled to release sometime next year and will be the end of the series.

“Huh?! What?” I can hear you say in surprise.

That’s right. The original Necroblivion series arc ends with book six.

HOWEVER… (You knew this was coming)

That’s not the end of the adventures of Umbra and Ximm. Not by a long shot. In the tradition of other manga titles, the series will be broken into title blocks (i.e. kind of like how Dragon Ball is Dragon Ball, Z, GT, etc.). As such, today I’m unveiling the next evolution in the series that I’ve been working on for nearly a year.
 
 
Necroblivion™: Shadow Kingdom picks up right where volume 6 concludes and finds our duo in a new realm with new challenges and surprises. Umbra and Ximm will have to face off against many adversaries but in this new realm, they will have to contend with the “four horseman” of the Shadow Kingdom – The Brimstone Sisters.

Along with other discoveries that Umbra will make regarding her heritage and abilities, it should prove to be a wild ride as they search for a relic that could change demon kind forever.

And yes, there will still be plenty of booze and money making opportunities popping up. We are talking about Umbra and Ximm here.

I hope you’ll look forward to this next step in the journey. Right now the title is tentatively scheduled to start next year but I’ll update if things shift around a bit.
